Whether you are looking for light bites or 3-course indulgence, vegetarian or one of our finest Walter Rose dry-aged steaks, we are confident that our menu boasts something for everyone. In developing our new menu, one of the prerequisites was that everything should be made from the best of British produce – all of our meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients are from the UK, and as far as possible, locally produced.
We have carefully chosen our drinks selection to pair with our dishes, and we are proud to have a range of locally-produced drinks on offer too, including ales and gins all from within a 20-mile radius of Tadpole Bridge.
The world has changed. But our countryside and surroundings have always been glorious. Make sure when you visit the Trout you take a wander round our beautiful garden and see all the wonderful spaces you can enjoy a fabulous glass of wine, the finest local ales or the best fish and chips in all the land.
